3．安  裝

3．1 安裝位置：垂直或者水平安裝于被測振動點(diǎn)上，將傳感器固定在被測殼體上，然后將傳器擰在上面吸附即可。

3．2 安裝尺寸及規(guī)范：參看圖一，若變送器安裝位置受到高溫蒸汽等沖刷時(shí)，為降低變送器環(huán)境溫度、需加防護(hù)措施，一般情況下可不加防護(hù)。

3．3 接線說明：棕色導(dǎo)線接DC24V電源正端，藍(lán)色導(dǎo)線接4-20mA輸出，。連接導(dǎo)線要求有良好的絕緣性能，采用二芯屏蔽電纜。

3. Installation

3.1 Installation Position: Install vertically or horizontally on the vibration measurement point. Fix the sensor onto the measured shell, and then screw the transducer onto it for adhesion.

3.2 Installation Dimensions and Specifications: Refer to Figure 1. If the installation position of the transmitter is exposed to high-temperature steam or other corrosive substances, in order to reduce the ambient temperature of the transmitter, protective measures should be taken. Generally, no protection is required.

3.3 Wiring Instructions: The brown wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the 4-20mA output. The connecting wires must have good insulation performance and should be connected using a two-core shielded cable.

During transportation and storage, it should be placed in a dedicated packaging box.
